What is kefir?
Kefir are grains of combined yeast and bacteria.
These bacteria and yeast combine naturally to to give
a great health benefit when taken regularly. The probiotic
bacteria and beneficial yeast is packed with lots of vitamins and
mineral and has a very digestible complete proteins. They look like
small clumps of cauliflower.
Coconut water kefir is a juice made of young green coconut water
fermented by a kefir packet or a water kefir grain.
The kefir converts the sugars in the juice into probiotics.

How to make Coconut Water kefir
Pour the Coconut water into a large glass jar and drop the kefir grains and
cover the jar with a towel over and around it to keep it warm. Place the jar into
a warm place for 1 to 2 days.
After this the coconut water will turn into a cloudy white, having
a rich probiotic kefir. Strain the coconut water Kefir into a separate
containiner. Rinse the kefir and store them in a small glass jar or use them
again in another fresh batch of coconut water.
